If I go to device, I see that it recorded a person. There would be no reason for me to go to devices to see that because there was no alert. I have 4 additional arlo cameras (pro). They all show in the feed. Nowhere in the description does it say that you need to purchase a plan to see your video and be alerted. My other cameras save for 7 days without a plan with an option to buy a plan to save them for longer. I would never have bought this camera if I knew that I'd have to buy a plan. This isn't a 1 time cost. Of course it can no longer be returned since the window closed at the same time the free trial did. I didn't even choose the free trial. It started immediately.

This new camera was compatible, and It works perfectly. The device has an added feature that our older cameras do not. The feature is a light that is motion activated. Its awesome and it was purchased at a great price. Best Buy always tends to have what we need.
