    I got these cameras in just of time.. i got them for $149, the day after it jumped to $369

    Cameras don’t work

    We bought these cameras in good faith, and when we tried to charge them up they wouldn’t charge or connect to our wi-Fi. When we tried to return them we were told we had to get store credit because it was past the 14 day deadline to get a refund. We told the clerk that they were defective and she told us they would not give us a refund only store credit. We should be able to get a refund because the product was defective. When we bought the warranty we were told we could bring it back for an exchange or refund.

    Cameras don’t really last a good amount, having to take them down and charge them every 3-5 days. Wish I could’ve returned them when I had the chance.

    Didn't last a week

    Put it up, had everything going, quality looked very good. Then about a week after installation, camera refused to stay connected to wifi. Router was maybe 50 feet away along back of the house, and worked daily, then just dropped connection. Factory reset it, had it connected, then quit again. Just returned it instead of wasting more time on it.

    Great camera, battery life goes down less than 1% per day. Clarity is vastly improved over the hdmi cameras.

    These cameras are worse then the 1st generation arlo cams I had. I thought upgrading to newer technology would be better. But these camera have no base station and they are not compatible with any of there base stations. To look at the live view. It take 30 plus seconds to see the video streaming. I will be retuing these. Arlo you need to do better. The only thing that has changed are your inflated prices

    Easy to set up! Gives instructions step by step. It notifies you when you need to charge the battery as well.
