I thought upgrading to newer technology would be better. But these camera have no base station and they are not compatible with any of there base stations. To look at the live view. It take 30 plus seconds to see the video streaming. I will be retuing these. Arlo you need to do better. The only thing that has changed are your inflated prices

When we tried to return them we were told we had to get store credit because it was past the 14 day deadline to get a refund. We told the clerk that they were defective and she told us they would not give us a refund only store credit. We should be able to get a refund because the product was defective. When we bought the warranty we were told we could bring it back for an exchange or refund.
