NO help from customer service; in fact they SEND you to a COMMUNITY webpage where the 'community' answers your questions - IF YOU'RE LUCKY! This is NOT plug and PLAY. It sounded good at first nut a couple of years into it you WILL find out that your money would have been better spent buying a PROFESSIONAL, INSTALLED SYSTEM - DO NOT BUY THIS OR YOU WILL REGRET SPENDING THAT MUCH MONEY FOR THAT BIG A HEADACHE.

GARBAGE & USELESS 5+ years of owning the system

Playing games when leaving the house trying to turn on Arlo for over an hour. Sending me invalid codes when I'm already logged in. Makes the system COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera, but have been experiencing issues since their installation. Firstly, there is a delay of 10-15 seconds on live playback, recording, and notifications which is very frustrating. I have contacted support multiple times, but no resolution has been provided yet. Secondly, the technical support team lacks follow-through and clear solutions that can be validated and acted upon. When I explain that I have already tried the methods they suggest, they keep repeating the same jargon. Thirdly, acquiring multiple cameras to secure your property can be expensive, and it would be helpful if local storage options were available across all their cameras, not just the higher-end ones. Lastly, the geofence automation doesn't register correctly.
