The cameras are useless without a subscription. Not sure why I spent $250. No option to record locally. Cannot record live streams. The only thing you can do is watch (no proof) and talk/listen/sound alarms. Reviews of the product speak for themselves and I'd think Best Buy would be concerned about offering more value to their customers.

Poor battery and Need Membership to record

So I decide to return them.

You don’t have to charge it all time so it’s a great advantage for me because I can move them around my house to keep my babies safe.

Now I purchased these 2K versions and the resolution is much more crisp. No problems whatsoever I highly recommend Arlo.
