Then about a week after installation, camera refused to stay connected to wifi. Router was maybe 50 feet away along back of the house, and worked daily, then just dropped connection. Factory reset it, had it connected, then quit again. Just returned it instead of wasting more time on it.

I thought upgrading to newer technology would be better. But these camera have no base station and they are not compatible with any of there base stations. To look at the live view. It take 30 plus seconds to see the video streaming. I will be retuing these. Arlo you need to do better. The only thing that has changed are your inflated prices

You cannot speak to a person in the store but have to try to communicate with someone in a foreign country that you can't understand. I have Arlo cameras and wanted more. Since there was totally no support I returned the cameras.
