    Works as advertised! Higher traffic area battery lasts 2 weeks. At the front door battery lasts a month. Happy with the purchase

    Cameras work ok. Had two that would not charge properly and customer service has been awful! Submitted case online and was closed after a month with no resolution. Was able to get a rep on the phone but was transferred three times and on the phone for over an hour. Still on hold as of this post!

    I've had this camera for about a year. I've also (accidentally) dropped it a couple times. Other than a few minor nicks from that, it's in great shape. Though if you want the ability to use the two way speaker, I wouldn't use this product. The person at the camera can hardly hear me. The sound is garbled and fuzzy-making a loud white noise sound. For this reason I cannot recommend this product.

    Arlo is ok in the day light but are dark pictures at night (for us old farts lol). the light is a fake and doesn't light up 5 feet away.

    Mounts are stationary and limit the placement. You must purchase different mounts to enable angled camera use.

    Never buy these unless you're willing to spend a fortune to pay them to monitor. I don't need monitoring and recording just wanted "good cameras" with motion notification on my phone. These are trash without paying Arlo to monitor. Unfortunately can't return because return window expired; just wasted my money.
