The video quality is OK, however, they do not detect movement sometimes, even when cars pull right up in front of my home...making them WORTHLESS. Yes you must charge them periodically, but THEY DO NOT WARN ME OF MOVEMENT like the first generation of cameras did. I would NOT RECOMMEND these to anyone.

One camera after the battery used ip not able to recharge with solar oanel or usb. Second camera was able to recharge via usb not solar never worked. Buy another model with better reviews. This ine didn't work for me

Poor customer service and not able to speak with anyone via phone. Returned cameras for full refund since Arlo organization was unable to help any semblance of customer service.

GARBAGE & USELESS 5+ years of owning the system

Playing games when leaving the house trying to turn on Arlo for over an hour. Sending me invalid codes when I'm already logged in. Makes the system COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!!

NO help from customer service; in fact they SEND you to a COMMUNITY webpage where the 'community' answers your questions - IF YOU'RE LUCKY! This is NOT plug and PLAY. It sounded good at first nut a couple of years into it you WILL find out that your money would have been better spent buying a PROFESSIONAL, INSTALLED SYSTEM - DO NOT BUY THIS OR YOU WILL REGRET SPENDING THAT MUCH MONEY FOR THAT BIG A HEADACHE.

Firstly, there is a delay of 10-15 seconds on live playback, recording, and notifications which is very frustrating. I have contacted support multiple times, but no resolution has been provided yet. Secondly, the technical support team lacks follow-through and clear solutions that can be validated and acted upon. When I explain that I have already tried the methods they suggest, they keep repeating the same jargon. Thirdly, acquiring multiple cameras to secure your property can be expensive, and it would be helpful if local storage options were available across all their cameras, not just the higher-end ones. Lastly, the geofence automation doesn't register correctly.
