Disconnnects all the time and arlos cx support will not respond with multiple attempts of reaching out

Love my arlo products. Always great never disappoint. I only marked the value as fair because the delivered my item with a torn off red clearance sticker on it from the store but I paid full price.. other than that great camera

Great sound and pictures I love this to protect my dads garage we had theives caught on site qith my cameras around property and now this one's going to be in the garage to capture anyone inside. Thank you Arlo!!!

Love this camera. You can’t tell the quality from my other cameras from adt. I like the idea of setting the time to arm. It also allows to turn off the camera and close the shield. The view range is wider than my previous ones

Recently added this to my Arlo camera account. I was reluctant to use a camera inside of my house but the privacy screen sealed the deal. Camera quality is great and screen gives me piece of mind when not in use.

Great camera for my kids room. The privacy shield is a cool feature so you know when the camera isn't in use. I recommend using the wall mount just because of the space you can save by not sitting on a shelf.

Absolutely love my Arlo Security system. The cameras work great and ease of setup is the best. Simple security, quality product that works as advertised.

This camera has 24/7 monitoring but does not do 24/7 recording unless you pay for it. I believe it is $9.99 for 1 camera at the time I write this review. If you set this camera up in a high traffic area that needs 24/7 monitoring you will just receive 100s of notifications. This is very inconvenient.

As a loyal Arlo customer going back to the Arlo 1 days, I was quite intrigued by their new indoor offering. As the title states, yes this is a “wired” camera. However, do not let that throw you. Most of the time (in my cases anyway) my cameras remain stationary. So even the “wireless” ones that ran on a battery, I would have plugged in anyway. Who wants the battery to run out at a crucial time? Anyway, this beauty goes wherever Wi-Fi can reach. Which at my house, is pretty much anywhere. My use case, however, is the stairway to my office. A quick criticism, Arlo is still running off the 2.4 band. Sure it “may” be fast “enough,” but the way things are advancing, 2.4 may be outdated soon and I would hate to see things like this become obsolete due to a technicality. Installation was a breeze and I connected in no time. Arlo offers a free trial to their services, which I am aware of already. But the best part is that you can give it a shot, and if you like it, then their cheapest plan is like 2 or 3 dollars a month. The camera is stylish, small, (not too small though), and feature packed. Love the motion detection – because other than me (and occasionally doggo) nothing else should trip the detection during the day. And nothing at all should at night. For those that may have the camera in a “sensitive” location, there is the new “privacy shield” which is one of those “I wish I would have thought of that!” inventions/features that should come standard on all sec-cams. If you are away and you notice something is awry, there is an (ear-piercingly) loud siren you can deploy from the app. Yes, your neighbors will hear it. Mine did. It took a “just in the nick of time” text from me to prevent them from calling the authorities out of concern. Funny thing is, when I told them about what emitted that sound, they immediately were interested and wanted the link to BestBuy’s site for the cam! They say they bought three, so, they should be well prepared. Picture quality is fantastic. Even in night vision mode, things are easy to make out. And I am impressed. Impressed is a word I have used a lot with offerings from Arlo. Very few, if any, negatives to point out that I have not already. If you want to deploy one camera, or three – like my neighbors – you would make the right choice going with Arlo. In a decade, not one of their cameras have ever failed me. Indoor or outdoor! That speaks a lot! TLDR -> Need an indoor security camera? Gotta get this one!

I love it & went back to get another one & they were out. Hopefully I will be able to get another one to put in my kitchen. Very easy to install.

Good camera good quality, only problem you may have is to getting camera connected and linked to phone. After that camera works great!

Perfect indoor camera. It has a privacy shield that I can turn on/off on my phone and love that it’s not battery operated. Works well on the app. Planning on buying another one!

Simple, effective security camera with privacy shield. They only thing that is a little annoying is receiving the notifications 30 seconds delayed about

Video is to be expected out of a 1080p Camera. Put on my food truck for inside use and love it. Video is bright and clear and hardware included makes the product easy to install.

Works great and affordable. Easy to set up and add to account. I would recommend this Arlo camera for basic interior home needs.

We got they to keep an eye on our cats while we were away as they hide when anyone else comes into the house, even to feed them. This has been huge stress relief and kinda fun to see what they do. It works pretty well even in the dark but does sometimes miss a our grey cat with its motion detector. It can be a bit sluggish sometimes when connecting to it especially when trying to use the mic on the app which can require a restart of the app but it has been worth it and would get it again.

The Arlo Essential Indoor Cameras I purchased work great so far. Makes me feel much better while I'm away from home knowing that I can still have eyes on my apartment.
