Took a week to set up, because customer service closes at 6pm. Must have the right internet capability or it doesn’t work. Detects a spider but won’t detect people 70% of the time.

The set-up instructions are quirky and it takes a bit to process. The killer though is the constant internet drop from the device and being forced to connect it to the camera with the QR Code and resetting it every single time. No mas when it comes to being affixed 13' in the air. Ring blows this away and Ring is pedestrian. Find something else other than this model as this is the worst camera on the block despite it's wide angle and view.

I never had this much issues or difficulties syncing a camera to my phone before so not sure what the issue was since the other brands worked just fine. I purchased it twice hoping the second time it’ll work. My friend tried too but no luck so it wasn’t a user error issue. Ring, Google nest and Eufy worked just fine. Had to return these. I really wanted to try these out though bc it was recommended to me by a Best Buy Rep. during my chat after telling them what I really needed so it was disappointing.
