    Nothing but problems. Wont charge. Arlo suppprt is awesome *note the sarcasm*. Their fix? Make sure its fully charged and update the camera. Oookay. A quick online search led me to hundreds of people having the same problem. Bottom line, avoid this one.

    Defective camera. Arlo customer service no good

    I was never able to Install the cameras, because the cameras are defectives. And contacting arlo customer service is basically e impossible

    Something went weird with their apps. They've either made so many changes it's hard to use the right interface or made it so you have to buy the hub. The temporary 10 day trial worked fine.

    Cameras are really easy to connect to app. Easy user app. Camera quality is really clear. Spotlight doesn't stay on too long, which is something I really like. Glad I got the camera!

    Returned two of these cameras, they worked fine for the first several days and then stopped working all together.

    Dont buy it! After the free trial period. Its pretty useless! I tried calling Arlo. They just stated the newer models involve cost maintenance for updates. And subscription if you want camera to work right after free trial.

    Very disappointed. Would not connect to wi-fi. Online support is limited to no help. For the price it is not worth the aggravation. I only wish the company could reimburse me for my time, as well as my money.

    After spending hundreds of dollars on this system and a hour and a half trying to set this system up, I packed everything up and will be returning it. I could not get the cameras to sync which means it is completely useless.

    I can’t get the customer support required ! I returned 3 sets and would not recommend this product to anyone ! 4 th camera I can’t get connected in order to do so I have to take the day off and talk to them for hours !

    bought 4 units and they tend to drop off from the network. Lot's of motion detection with no reason for report. Not a fan. I'm stuck.

    Cameras could not be discovered by Arlo app. Were visible on router as connected. called Arlo, called router provider and internet provider. None were of any assistance. returned product.

    Returned after seeing how bright the light was and that there isn’t an option to turn it off. I have the ARLO doorbell and hate it, all arlo’s have a delay! Spend more and get the Ring or something else!

    I've followed all of the tech support/help/FAQs/etc. It will not connect, while two other cameras made by different companies both connected fine.

    This camera was awesome! It has excellent range and clear picture.Cons:The spotlight is horrible, i can only see shadows in the distanceThe battery is rated for 6 months. The camer lasted 6 days before i need to recharge them.

    These worked good for about a month and now send false alerts no recordings.. junk starit junk and best buy won't let me return them very frustrating.
