I now have a bunch of Arlo products, and have kept expanding. I have raved about these products over several reviews, and this is how it started for me. Now it just keeps growing...got more cameras, the hub, the doorbell, as well as two indoor cameras. I'm hooked and I love them! Everything works great for me! Can't say enough good things about Arlo products and Best Buy! I HIGHLY recommend!

I subscribed to Arlo plan for 1 year. I was not able to review the video in my cloud account. It only took a short clip of motion detector whenever there is a person. I already contacted the support agent but they didn’t solve the problem.

Really works well! Lights up with motion and records a very clear picture.

These absolutely suck! Worked for a couple months. Now, one camera is not working at all. Another one, the light stays on constantly, so the battery runs down quickly. I called customer service. No subscription, you get no help. Don’t waste your money!!! Junk!!

Needed something to watch a mysterious hole that showed up in my yard. It was obviously made by and animal but was no where near the edge of my house. Bought this, charged it up, and placed it on a tree next to the burrow. Within in two days I received and animal alert notice and was astonished it picked up on such a small object. I honestly would not have noticed it without the camera.

Unknown to me when I purchased the original 4 in 2019 is that to get all features of Arlo cameras, you must maintain a paid Arlo account, which gives Arlo employees access to your camera network. Battery life is very poor. Motion sensors on the cameras is poor. There are many better options. I do not recommend.

Could not get the cameras to be recognized by the Arlo app. Must change the internet to 2.4 ghz for it to work and even then it did not sync at all.

The only negative is battery life. We get about 3 months worth of charge and that is with using activity zones but we live on a busy street so that was kind of expected.
