    Good visual. Can’t connect to other users. Only one user can view the camera. Light is bright and the sound is clear.

    I typically have no problems with Arlo cameras, but I regret this purchase. This Essentials Spotlight Camera must be defective. It plays live audio even after I've exited the app and done a force stop. The charging port isn't compatible with any solar charging panel on the market. I installed it on the roof trim of my garage. It had to be unscrewed to correct it to the very short USB cord provided in the box .(You have to have your own AC adapter that works with that USB.) This means, I have to pull out a ladder to unscrew the camera and take it down to charge it. The low price should have been a clue. This must have been Best Buy's way of getting rid of an outdated product. I can't return it because I've missed the return window by a few days. Overall, I would never have purchased this "outdoor" camera at all.

    No Night vision

    There is no night vision, cant see anything at night. Flash light is not sufficient to see anything in the dark.

    Using Arlo has been an amazing experience up to this point. I really enjoy the smart detection system that tells you what type of motion has been detected in your activity zone (person, package, animal etc..). Looking to expand to 2 more of these in the very near future. Thanks Arlo for creating such a great user experience.

    The bundle we purchased was a good price for how many cameras we got but i live on a busy road so the cameras die very quickly and i havent figured out how to fix the issue other then having to now buy the solar chargers which I wasnt expecting but the cameras have amazing sound and picture.

    Too short life battery. The ones with XL batteries are far better.

    The battery onl lasts month while claiming that it holds charge for 6 months. Then you never know when it'll die since the battery level is never accurate in the app. If you contact their customer support they'll just blame your charger.

    Blows the competitiion away in picture quality

    The image quality of Arlo cameras blows away the competition so much it makes me wonder why people stick with those r**g cameras. I watched some youtube videos and their appears to be brands that might beat Arlo but I'm happy with the system.

    Arlo APP isn’t available on App Store. Scanning the barcode is shows Error.
