Cameras are clear in the day and night only thing that I found inconvenient was taking them down to recharge

The only reason why it didn't give it 5 stars was the battery tends to die out fairly quickly

I had previously purchased another outdoor camera from another company and had difficult issues with upload, etc. I returned. I purchased Arlo from Best Buy, Upload was so easy, the battery life last well over 2 weeks and the view and images are perfect. LOVE THIS ITEM! Thank you Best Buy!

I have 2 of these cameras and have had nothing but issues with them keeping connected. When I called support on it, even though the cameras show the purchase date and I have the upgraded support. I still have to provide additional proof of purchase for them to replace their terrible product.

I don't know where to even start with Arlo and the brand. I have 3 cameras, a solar charger and a base station. Only thing positive i have to say is the system and linking cameras, getting set up etc, is relatively user friendly. But as far as the system actually working, that's a different story. I've called their terrible customer service on more occasions than i can count. One of my cameras never stores the 7 days of recording. Not just the full 7 days, but no recording at all. There's always a huge delay loading the cameras to watch on my phone. Even the one camera that's just a few feet from the base station. The video quality for 1080 is not even close to that in my opinion. The app constantly crashes while I'm trying to navigate it. Only product I've owned from Arlo that works as it should has been the solar charger. Which, what good is that if you cameras aren't functional. I hope there's never a scenario where i need to view this or record live time. Pretty sure a burglar could rob my entire house before the app decides to work. Not to mention, these cameras aren't exactly cheap.

It was very easy to setup and install. The camera works great and I love it.

Camera video quality is average/poor and one of the cameras out of four is not working within a months, can't connect to the Wifi. It accepts the QR code from phone and then it never connects to the wifi. Recently it got connected once but then again got disconnected the next day.

Great security camera. You will need to make sure you set up a decent zone or it will pick up all of the traffic on the road. Battery life is pretty decent unless you get a huge amount of alerts through the day. You are able to silence alerts and shut the camera off through the app.

The battery life on these cameras aren’t what they say but there are still good cameras

Why did arlo change from a magnetic mount to the screw in bracket???? Very inconvenient to remove for charging.

If you are looking for a security system for your home look no further. The Arlo is very simple to install and to synchronize with a cell phone. The store employee was very helpful when deciding which one to buy. I bought the 2K and the video quality is amazing and very clear.

I was not able to find good written instructions on installing Arlo equipment. Please put instructions in writing as soon as possible.

Easy to install and match with my WiFi. Where I have it, it turns on a lot so I am glad I also purchased the solar charger. Mt experience with Arlo has been fantastic. It is a good security outfit. I purchased other cameras and lights before so I know how reliable they are.

I would say so far so good. I enjoy the quality of such a small camera. I can actually hear any background noise clearly. The picture quality is also on point. Money well spent. Winter hasn't kicked in yet. Waiting to see how it performs as far as visibility during harsh weather.
