    I purchased this camera to add to my system. It worked great for 10.5 months. Recently, it disappeared from my Arlo system and will not reconnect. Also, the camera will not go into pairing or syncing mode.

    Easy to install and get started, has a 5 second lag with camera to monitor but not a big deal. I even set it on my daughters desk to make sure she’s focusing on school without having to go to her room every 5 mins. I love the text notifications you get when armed.

    the cameras give lots of problems on & off but I have so many cams for years, that I feel stuck with them, what bothers me is offering promos for reviews. We can not get a true review that way and I can not name all the problems with 50 characters.

    Okay but dont work with apple home. Shoukd have come wogh a base station.

    I like the look, size and convenience of this camera as well as the outdoor option. I wish the cord to plug it in was a little longer so I didn't have to use the battery indoors, but the battery life is long. I also like the two way audio option and ability to mute myself. I just wish I could mute myself before I turned the camera on. Overall, I'm very happy with this camera and would buy it again.

    Poor, battery drains within a week and has to recharge frequently. Cameras are useless and do not record anything unless you cont.. to subscribe to Arlo and pay fees.

    Not too pleased. The camera keeps detecting....nothing. My phone is constantly going off without anything or anybody there. It also randomly disconnects, and it is not due to my wifi. I find this system to be pretty poor.

    Six month battery life my (insert curse word here). We've only had this two days, and the battery has died in the middle of the night both days. We use this as a baby monitor and was told by the Best Buy associate that the battery should last 4 months as a baby monitor. Definitely going to have to return this.

    It’s an okay security cam for 1080p. The resolution isn’t the best if you have poor internet connection in certain places, that’s one of the reasons why I gave it a 4 star. The other reason is because of the notifications. I receive them like crazy. There’s motion detection, animal detection, and person detection, but wish we had the option to choose our preferences. Other than that it’s ok :)

    Great when it does work, but that is rare. This has been the most frustrating purchase of my life. The camera constantly has large gaps, constantly disconnects and will not reconnect. I have already returned once, will likely return again and switch to Ring.
