Installation was very easy. Do not believe sales people when they tell you these are the same as googles comp. googles is terrible and never worked properly. Arlo is way better.

Garbage. Don’t get security systems with Best Buy and don’t get Arlo. Requested an add on for my current system that doesn’t require a monthly fee hooked this one up and didn’t find out until 90 days that it was going to require a monthly subscription because they force you into a trial that functions properly. When the trial ends, it no longer functions properly. Best Buy doesn’t even give you 30 days to return!! Arlo customer service says they wont refund me because I bought it at Best Buy.

Super simple to set up only down side is it has a little bit of a lag maybe about 5-8 seconds that’s the only downside the picture is super clean better then my ring devices and I can connect this to my google home or Alexa devices!

Set up took about 20 minutes total for 9 cameras. The system is pretty intuitive and I love how easily it is to customize alerts, motion zones and geofencing. Low light function also works really well!

Disappointed in the battery life. Not what it was advertised as.

My third Arlo camera and I will purchase more. Battery is long life. Video is crisp and clear. Have had other brands and wasn’t impressed. My outdoor camera is under a patio roof.

This camera was being added to an older Arlo system but connected without any issues. Got the camera mounted, set the field and off and running. Less than 30 mins, probably less than 15.

Great security camera. Easy to set up & install. Works great and good quality. Nice to have a rechargeable battery unlike the older ones. Really good field of vision. The spotlight, siren and having sound with the video is great.

I wish I would of never purchased these. The battery runs out so fast and these are to expensive to have to keep recharging. I have to purchase more equipment from the company to keep the battery running. Also, I have to purchase a monthly plan to use them. I wish I would of purchased blinks.

Got this as upgrade to my previous arlo cams, so far so good.

Works exactly the way I wanted and very easy set-up.

Took cameras out of box and none would connect to wifi. I also bought a box of Arlo Pro and they all work fine, so I know it was not user error.

The quality is very good, but the battery life is less than desirable.

This is a good camera that serves its intended purpose.

Purchased this to add on to my existing system. It's a tad different than the other cameras, but I'm pleased with it. Would have given it 5 stars but the charging is cumbersome. I have to get on a small ladder, remove it - charge it - and then climb up again to reposition and reattach it. Would be nice if Arlo would improve the charging process.

Camera does not record after your 3 month free subscription, you only get notifications of activity. Waste of money. They are selling you a camera that does not record?

Best Arlo camera that was ever made whereas the battery last longer . You know it is a hassle having to climb up there and change the battery all the time .

works great. Heavier than the other cameras due to the spotlight.

Arlo camera. Works as it should. Easy to use. Good for the price.

My husband and I have no clue about electronics so when I say a 3year old can manage this and put it to use I'm not kidding it's so well worth the money I love it nobody passes my house without us knowing clear pik I love it
