    Does not connect to all Wi-Fi networks. Poor documentation, very poor customer service. The worst product I have ever purchased from Best Buy.

    Phenomenal system, the camera work great. I love the spotlight feature, battery life is amazing and also the notifications to my phone right away is great. I wouldn’t recommend any other camera

    This has been a great addition to our home - provides us with instant notification of guests (or critters - already had a squirrel looking for nuts in our abundance of fallen autumn leaves)

    Just what was needed for our operation, outside monitoring. they do not like the minus temps but otherwise they are very good

    Good value at discounted price

    Picture quality is a little grainy compared to the 2K we purchased a year earlier. It functions and at the discounted price was a good value if you just need a camera at close range.

    They are good. I should have opted for the wired ones and the base so that it would provide me with full access and live content anytime but this was a personal preference.

    I am very disappointed. The battery power goes down quite fast. Within one week, the battery went from 100% to 50% even with a solar panel connected to the camera. If there is a manufacturing defect, I would like to exchange this with a product that meets the specification, quality and performance as advertised.

    So easy to set up and don't have to pay any one to monitor them .all activitie has stop around my place .told a friend about and he got some and has the same results. Very happy

    The picture quality on these guys are great that is when they work. We are having lots of problems with them constantly going offline for sometimes days at a time before they fix themselves.

    Working fine for out home. We bought the wired Version of the same 2 times but I t never switched on. WiFi version is just fine

    these were the perfect addition to the older ones i already had and a great price at the time. they are super sensitive though and a lot of time was spent tweaking them

    Very hard to connect consistently to Wi-Fi but more importantly these do not have magnets you would need to actually mount them into your walls the Pro2s have magnets so they are a lot easier to hang around your house untethered.

    Dont buy it! After the free trial period. Its pretty useless! I tried calling Arlo. They just stated the newer models involve cost maintenance for updates. And subscription if you want camera to work right after free trial.

    Nice unit. I have an older Arlo Pro2 and it works perfectly. Battery is build in and lasts longer than my Pro 2 batteries. Buy it.

    Best camera hands down. Bought these for having cameras in my horse barn The barn is about 300 feet from the house. They work great and takes a few minutes to set up
