Buyer beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own 4 of these cams and a doorbell. Poor connections is common especially with the newer versions. Also battery life is very poor, especially with the long life versions. I have to constantly be aware of dying batteries. Recently I am having many open gaps in coverage and I’ve found out how horrible their customer service department is. Add all these things up and I wish I could give Arlo 0 stars

Best Camera Purchase

With the spotlight and the two way microphone with the 1080P resolution. You really can’t go wrong with these cameras. Easy to mount and two position as well. And if you need to take it down and place it somewhere else it’s easy to take down and place back up. Highly recommend this camera for anybody.

Great Video/Night Vision Inconsistent

Essential Arlo camera milking your $

At beginning the battery was good and then slowly needing to recharge more often. I already have older model of Arlo cameras with hub base and no monthly fee for it and wanted to add it with essential camera and was able to do same options as the older ones until the three months free trial expired and now I’m unable to have same options as the older one that doesn’t have the monthly fee. Rip off!

Meh. Arlo is a good option but not as reliable
