Had to use the factory warranty and sent it back after getting in contact with them, but it's a long process since they have to check the device and verify that it is in fact not working.. Better to buy the warranty from the store and not have to deal with them difectly.. Lesson learned..

I waited a while to review as I wanted to see how well they worked on my travels. Had no problems in accessing cameras in real time throughout the US and Europe. There's a subscription required for continuous monitoring and sending notifications. Not too pricey

I'm 32 and mounting snd set up was mostly trouble free. The only issue I had was connecting one camera. I feel a generation ahead of me would have been frustrated with this product however I worked the kink out myself with patience. I love checking on my home from literally anywhere. No wifi required. This product far exceeds is retail value in peace of mind
