    Overall this is a good camera, set up is easy as long as your phone is 2 ghz wifi capable. Picture quality is good, audio is clear but 2 way audio is low. Customer service takes a while to get but they are helpful. You have to pay for a subscription to get recordings amd my recordings have been hit and miss. I will get a notification of motion but no recordings so not sure if its the camera or the app. Overall good quality for the price will get more

    Very easy to setup and operate. The two issues are the lifespan of one of the cameras and that is is very sensitive to everything (motion).

    Good for smaller close corner recording but they dont tell you there will be a monthly fee when you purchase this bundle.

    ARLO App does not work can't see footage

    ARLO has added security to the app so now, I keep having to change my password. We can no longer log in from 2 phones - like we have been doing for years. After I changed the password again today, the app has a message that reads "please enable push from settings." So I did, Still cannot log in. I am selling these cheap and going to put the review everywhere I can find! I am a private investigator who has been recommending these cameras for year. I do no know why ARLO would mess up the security so badly that the app is not usable. I called them, they said there is nothing they can do to help me get into my account. They said try reloading the app....after 15 years. WOW NO MORE ARLO.

    Kind of disappointed in how they work. I have contacted Arlo several times and they cannot help. The cameras record when they feel like it and stop when they feel like it. We have gone thru the settings and have them set for max time but they do not go past 10 seconds. There are several times when they do not even record at all. Battery life, we have to charge them every 3 weeks. The good is we have CenturyStink internet up in the mountains and they do work.
