The Arlo Essential Cameras are only compatible with 2.4 GHz networks. With mesh networks, there may be issues as connection can go back and forth between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Alternatively, you are able to use the Arlo Smart Hub to prevent any issues.

We are having lots of problems with them constantly going offline for sometimes days at a time before they fix themselves.
