After setting up this camera, I've consistently enjoyed real-time live feed without any lag. I also have a home security system from another brand, but I'm seriously thinking about making a switch. The installation process was incredibly straightforward and quick; I had it up in just 10 minutes, including the time it took to fetch my ladder and drill. The accompanying app is great for staying connected and updated. If you're unsure, don't second-guess—this is the camera to choose!

This camera gets the job done . If you need something to monitor activity, it does a good job. The only con is that you have to take it down in order to charge it vs just swapping out a battery.

I use this camera to monitor my elderly father. It has been excellent for that. The night vision and zoom work wonderfully. The 2-way audio has been useful for short conversations when I can tell he is confused. Set up wasn’t very difficult, and mounting the camera was a breeze. The charging port and the reset button are very close together, so just be careful you don’t accidentally reset the camera when trying to plug it in. My brother, who lives 4 states away, has also been able to check on our father with this camera.

Initial set up wirh Andriod was a night mare. Developers should have tested before releasing in for purchase. Once i connect to my IOS device, it was a breeze. I am one of the happy customers with the Quality and clarity.

Good picture, sound, and nightlight. One drawback is that the camera has to be removed in order to charge it.

Its made for outdoors but i am using this for indoors. It can be place where ever and the battery will last so long. Perfect for semi hidding. You can two way talk to each other making it great alternative to phone calls. While this is the older model the camera quality is fine. I am thinking of getting an indoor model to watch part of my garage.

For the price you can't beat the Arlo camera's. The Essential Camera is easy to set-up and can use without a base. The night vision is great.

Works great. Very good video and decent audio. App is super easy to set up camera and use. The only negative part is that you have to pay $2.99 a month per camera for video on the cloud. You get 3 months for free, but then it’s a subscription. For that reason we ended up returning and going with a different camera system all together. Otherwise, I would have bought more Arlo cameras. The 10 days I had it installed, the battery remained full, and it worked great. We installed this in a heated shop with a wireless access point so the WiFi signal was very strong. It’s super quick and easy to “unarm” the camera so your not getting alerts if you’re going to be working around camera. If the subscription thing wasn’t a surprise, I think the Arlo is a good option for a wireless camera.

The camera and the system is excellent. The set up was very easy. I would definitely recommend this system.
