Down side is battery is not removable so to charge it you must take it down. Also in order to view the video you have to sign up for Arlo' service.

My location for the camera does not have a power source This style arlo has no removable battery.

Camera has good resolution and in color. I didn't go with their plan to upload to the cloud. I can use their app and see what is going on and caught my dogs doing bad things =)

It took me a long time to get them to connect to the wi-fi. some connected right away and one I tried for several days before it finally connected. All up and working greet
