I bought these cameras on sale, and boy are they FANTASTIC. Really easy to set up and the app is amazing not just that they also have a web console. Also if you're worried about the cost of an Arlo smart subscription well first you get a 3-month subscription and if you only want certain cameras to have the cloud and all that they make it SUPER simple. Arlo is smart & efficient.

When this camera worked, it worked pretty well. It just eats up the battery quickly if you use the spotlight option. This camera is a sealed camera and you cannot take the battery out. The camera died at 1 year and 3 months to the day. The camera refuses to hold a charge. The Process of working with Arlo support was lengthy and frustrating! Be prepared to go through tons of troubleshooting steps and pictures of the wires and charger that you're using. After an hour chatting with support, they simply said. . .you're 3 months out of warranty. Sorry. . . oh if you want another, we will give you 30% off! Consider other options or companies.

Best Arlo cam ever I have the older models but I’m thinking of replacing all of them for this model it is great quality easy to connect to WiFi . The spot light is amazing and really nothing bad at all to say about this product

I bought 3 essential cameras. They are awesome and well worth the money. They alert me to every motion. The video quality during the day and night is crisp. Easy to install and set up in the app.

Do not purchase this if you don’t want to pay a subscription after the trial period. Once the trial ends, you lose all the features including the record features. You will only get live viewing and notifications. If you have a lot of traffic on your street, you will get bombarded with notifications but no video recording after trial. The connection has been a problem as well. You can not have multiple people looking at the same event at the same time as it will log you out of the app. The delay is horribly long. The video is not so bad and I love the audio.

Can only get 1 out of 4 cameras connected. Had lots of issues.

The app is not very well put together. They require an expensive subscription or all features are basically gone. The activity zones are only adjustable by squares, with no real room for adjusting. It’s meh

Yes very good camera it works great you can set it to standby or arm it with siren for away or at home set its kool im getting 2 more plus its got sound or talk to whatever at the house its got a light so ya kool

Our first camera and we couldn't be happier. Does everything we wanted and more. Clear picture and sound and works with our android phones and Alexa and Fire tablet.

Great cameras. When armed motion detection does great at identifying movement. Each camera has spotlight, siren and speaker to talk through remotely.I rated value as excellent as it was 329$ on sale about 120$ off.

I feel safe now that I've had the Arlo cameras installed around my home. So far so good and they have been reliable. Rating on a scale of 1 to 10... 10 being very good.... I give Arlo security cameras a "10".

Clear camera, downside is you have to take out camera to charge

Camera quality is cool the app is pretty easy. But, my cameras were advertised to only need to be charged every 6 months. I’ve since stopped using them because I kept having to get up multiple times a week to charge them because they were near dead. It also sucks that you pay $300 for these cameras and they still make you purchase another plan on top of the cameras if you’d like to use the cameras as you intended when you purchased them. All you get is live feed so if something happens there’s no reason to even look at your cameras because they did get it.

Works without the Hub. Easy to install and nice video results

These are great, install was easy. Picture quality is good. Planning to buy the solar attachment in order to reduce the need to charge cameras in high areas of traffic as charge lasts about 3-4 weeks.

Great product, but batteries do not Last long before the need to recharge. Cannot get the animal detection to turn off. Hard to remove and put back camera. Wish they were manatized rathe than screw on to plate. Also placement outside is limited to your FIFi connection.
