    I bought these cameras two years ago and paid a 4-year warranty. The cameras were damaged in less than two years after I bought them. I went to Best Buy so they could replace me because I still had two more years of warranty left. When I arrived at the Best Buy store, they told me that They couldn't do anything because they didn't have the same cameras. If I wanted, they would exchange me for other cameras but I had to pay 260 dollars more and I told them that I didn't have to pay anything because the cameras have a warranty. They told me what they couldn't do. nothing, this is something ridiculous because you pay a guarantee for nothing, you only lose money, no more best buy for me, I bought many things for many years

    It's ok but have subscribed in other to use it . Three free months after pay monthly in order to us it..

    Love these, we already had Arlo's but wanted to upgrade! The picture is very clear and has very good range of footage. The audio is clear and the sensor for spot light is very bright. So happy with this purchase. Me and my husband were not disappointed. Very easy to set up as well and best part it pairs to your phone so you don't need a hub to set up!

    Like the previous Arlo, easy setup. This one doesn’t have the same battery life as my first, so I’ll just adjust it’s armed time. I’ve bought the skins you can cover them with when outdoors. I do like these cameras. Just wish the base stations were in stock because I would like to use them with HomeKit and Alexa.

    I already had Arlo cameras, and this was a purchase to add more to my existing set up. They work perfectly together. however, after the free trail you will need to purchase an agreement with Arlo, or they will not take pictures on your phone. They just notify you of activity.

    Love the quality of the video but one downside to these cameras is the battery life doesn’t last much before you have to charge again.

    When they work they’re awesome! Unfortunately one of the 4 in the pack has a battery life of about a week. We’ve adjusted the zones and settings but I think the battery is just no good. We are on the fence about keeping them as you need a subscription service to be able to utilize all of the features. I should have researched more.

    I tried three security cameras from Best buy. This was the most expensive and by far the lowest of quality. Setup is pretty simple, but it takes forever to get the camera to connect and stream to my phone (the others took only a few seconds). Once your Arlo smart trial ends, you can't save live videos to your phones storage (seriously?). Now that my Arlo smart trial has ended, the camera never alerts me of any motion (I live in a condo so I know there are people walking by). The thing that made me post this review is I now get email after email (email notifications have always been disabled) that I need to charge my battery. I don't really feel the need to charge it since it no longer works or provides motion alerts, but my camera insists on harassing me via my email that I never asked Arlo to use to notify me. I even changed my email and it still continues alerting the same address. I would recommend ANY other brand than Arlo.
