Great Addition to Our Arlo Setup

Not matter how many times i tried to connect it to the app it could never drtect thst one. I do think this was a dud and not reflective of the brand's quality so I would recommend it and I plan to try it again.

Not Paying for Monitoring.

I already owned a different camera and this one was an add on to the system that I already owned. I was never informed that this camera unlike my legacy cameras requires a subscription. I have been using this camera for 3 months without incident. All of a sudden it quit storing my video in the cloud as it did for the first 3 months. Now Arlo is telling me that I need a subscription. Do not buy this camera. I would not have purchased it if I had known about this. I have other legacy Arlo products and they do not require a subscription. They record and store video for 7 days free. In order to get this system to work as expected I either need a subscription, or a new base station that will allow me to store the video locally and access the video through the app. I will be adding security cameras to my home security system and paying a monitoring fee to them instead of Arlo. Very unhappy!!!!!

Had to override the sensor to use the other camera to have recording of motion detection. You can only view present time and cannot record unless monthly subscribtion.
