    Work great. Integration with my older Arlo system was no issue. No battery to take out to charge as use USB cable. Have a spot light on them to. Overall work good and Have good WiFi range.

    I think this product does not live up to how it is d Described in the paperwork, it's supposed to be easy to use, it was the worst I wouldn't advise anyone to buy you I was very disappointed

    Cameras are defective don't waste your money or time buying them. Arlo is a sorry company and disregard customer complaints concerning there products. The cameras need to be removed from stores until the problem is rectifyed.

    Pretty but flawed...

    Lets start with the good: they look nice and they install easily. Set up is a breeze! However, the first 3 weeks of having these cameras I had to call tech support twice. They were friendly and helpful but not super knowledgeable. I felt like they were just googling things like I could and the end game was essentially "unplug it and plug it back in" only in the terms of removing from the app and reinstalling to the app. I was having major home security concerns already and it was really important that the cameras worked consistently but they kept saying they were going "off-line" for no apparent reason. I wondered if one of the units was just bad but kept being told "no this just happens." I have since decided to sell the house I got them for due to on-going safety concerns but if I planned on staying I would definitely want to get different cameras. Would not purchase again.

    These cameras are extremely unreliable. It is hit or miss whether it will detect motion. The software/app is unbelievably bad. If you want to be notified of someone on your property while you sleep, too bad. You will find out the next day as you cannot set up any custom alarm. I have these cameras on a schedule only for 8 hours overnight and the batteries die within 5 days. This has occurred on all three cameras so unfortunately it is not an isolated incident with maybe one faulty camera. Go for anything other than Arlo.

    Love the Arlo

    Love the wireless Arlo products, had for many years. I have 6 of the Essential XL and just purchased another Essential. All work great!! Also have the Wasserstein Solar Panel, so never have to worry about charging.

    This is a typical Arlo quality camera however the added light is great. There were a few things that bugged me. The charging cable is like a foot long which is such a cheap move by Netgear. The weighting of the camera is also off which makes it difficult to balance on a mount.

    I like these cameras very much. Video quality is very very good and crisp. Easy set up and install. When opening the videos for replay, they tend to buffer quite a bit before loading but could be my slow internet connection…thanks Spectrum. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I don’t like the night vision video doesn’t record in color unless the spotlight is turned on. Which means if you want cameras to records video in color, the spotlight will continuously stay on…pretty sure beginning after dusk. But don’t quote me. Aside from that issue, love them. You also can set many many optional features and customizations for cameras individually perform multiple actions different ways. Even automatic settings ie cam1 to record, notify, siren or whatever when leaving house and cam2 can just do nothing. Also set preferences from when arriving back home. Genius.

    Just bought this yesterday, very dissapointed for the features and NO instructions in package. The App is not compatible with Wifi. Don't waste your money.

    Very smart Arlo! I see what you did. Ive came to the concusion with this new camera style they took and combined all the best features from all the series cameras and made one very user friendly and easy to function with the app.
