I am going on two months of my essential spot light not connecting and support has no idea why or how to fix it. They just keep telling me to repeat the same steps over and over even though I tell them it’s not working. I would not recommend Arlo to anyone and support is a waste of time. Oh did I mention I pay for a subscription and they won’t compensate or pause it until they can resolve the issue. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ARLO!

Thanks for sharing your review. If continuous charging is preferred, you have a couple options. Please look in to the 25 ft. Outdoor Charging cable or one of the Arlo Solar Panels that is compatible with your Arlo Essential Camera.
