These cameras are not that great. They only work sometimes and constantly need to be reset. I have 3 of them and they are Awesome when they decide to work, but that’s hit or miss. You are constantly syncing them, charging them, resetting them, etc. They get disconnected from the internet ALL the time, even when the base station is showing it’s fine and internet is fine.

Very satisfied with this camera, easy install and setup. Good coverage, great picture quality and great addition to my system.

We are using several to check on our elderly father throughout the day. They were easy to install and set up, 5 siblings in 5 states can access cameras any time. I just wish we could get the audio volume a bit louder.

This is probably the best wireless camera I've tried. The quality and the built in spotlight is a great addition to this camera.

Works very well and is very easy to install. I was disappointed that the battery doesn't hold charge for very long.

This arlo don't hold charge for 6 months, I already changed one of them and I'm on my way to change another one in less than two months so....I don't know. Besides that cameras are good. The app have issues some times.

Image quality was very good and very wide viewing angle.

I purchased the plug-in version of the Arlo Pro for my garage to let people in and out as they call - I also have the Arlo doorbell and two battery-powered cameras (do not recommend). I didn't sign up for a subscription, I didn't need it. After working for 3 years, they now require a subscription for me to use the live camera. Not sure what I'm subscribing for. I don't want storage space, it's a straight port through on my WiFi. It wasn't required at purchase and now I have a $250 boat anchor. I have Nest and I have a Lorex POE system at work. The Lorex is by far the better camera and the POE system is great but they have lagged behind on their interface which is very clunky. Once they get that sorted out, it's good by Arlo - which had been my second choice. It's just another minor aggravation from a tech company because they can. Two other online companies messed up orders and refused to do the basic things to resolve an issue of their doing today. It's the collective annoyance and the tech sector that's getting out of control. You can not even chat with a person now. You have to go through some time-wasting AI chat that NEVER gives you the answers. Consumers' only outlet is to complain on sites like this. I'd sign up for a class action. It's really like throwing $500 out the window.

We recently purchased a three-pack of the Essential Spotlight Cameras to monitor our house and living room. Setup was very straight forward and after some customization, we were able to monitor most of our property and house. Having seen other home security options that require extensive installation, it's amazing what all you get for a couple of hundred bucks. We will definitely be looking to purchase more Arlo cameras in the future.

We just need this camera to show us what critters are coming around & leaving us presents at night. :-D It does that just nicely. Setup was pretty easy, both mounting and getting them on our network. Fine product!

This product WILL NOT RECORD without paying a monthly subscription fee to Arlo. And on top of that I have had two of these cameras for less than 2 months and they are already malfunctioning. Factory reset did nothing. They’re expensive paper weights. Don’t expect me to pony up that subscription fee for cameras that don’t work. Waste of money. Don’t buy.

I have two of these cameras set up and they have good video and sound quality and were very easy to setup

So far so good, everything was shipped as advertised, we’re very happy with the cameras. Would recommend.

Great product just not a fan of the mounts. Wished they were more flexible

The camera installation has been easy. The mounting bracket is easy to install and allows the camera in many positions. There are many settings and I am still trying to figure them all out.
