We bought an Arlo Pro 2 over 3 years ago and have been happy. But, Now everything Arlo is a subscription based service. This Essential camera worked for first 90 days, then if you don't pay Arlo, they will not let you see the images. VERY disappointed in Arlo. The box does not say anything about the free 7 day storage is no longer available. I will not buy another Arlo product again. When our Pro 2 system goes down, we will look for another security cameral solution. Poor customer service and Zero loyalty.

It tried to reach out to their customer service and have received no help. Going to just replace this with another brand.
