Disconnecting Issue

After it was a complete mess, while the internet will be up and running they would randomly disconnect for hours or even up to a few days. No matter if I reset them to factory or just left them as is they issue would always happen.

Video is a little difficult at night but excellent during day. Syncing was fairly easy. There are a lot of capabilities built in, so be prepared. But dont have to do learn it all at once. Overall-- a good buy!

Arlo product support is a nightmare, chat only no number to get a person. No directions for setup in box, battery is stated as 6 months-BS. The cameras were at 99% when we left for vacation and by day 5 of a week vacation, they are all DEAD and offline. Oh and they are NOT a live feed. You have to hit play in the APP every time you want to view the camera feed live. Worst kickback on sound when I try to talk through them on my iPhone Arlo App. Just buy something else, garbage.

The only con about them is if the activity outside where ever the cameras are then it requires you to charge the cameras often. I have one camera in the garage and it needs to be charged about twice a month.

The app didn’t connect to it and I can’t see my activity without a memory card.
