We felt for inside they would be great and there at least 50$ cheaper, more when on sale.

Battery dies quick

I have to take the whole thing down to charge it. Also the light isn’t very strong and doesn’t stream very far. I wanted this to reach my cars in my backyard to monitor them but it only does an ok job. The battery also says 6 month life but it only lasted about 3 weeks.

Easy to set up, user friendly app and A/V quality that flex’s on the competition. The battery life is outstanding. I’ve had the system for about a month and the cameras are STILL running on the juice they came with and are roughly about 15% life as of this posting. Arlo has established itself as dependable and reliable in my book and I will be a customer for life. 10/10

The picture and sound are clear. There is a bit of a lag, sometimes only a few seconds, but if there has been no activity for a while it can take a minute to catch up. I particularly like the spotlight feature, and the ability to speak to someone through the app. Initial set up was a little clunky, it took a couple of tries to get the app to recognize the cameras, so this took longer than expected. Overall the value is great, and you get 7 days of video without having to pay for a subscription. The cameras connect directly to WiFi so no need to purchase a hub. I would definitely recommend.
