I had the first generation and prefer that one. I don't like how you cannot see footage without a subscription. At least let me view it for 24 hours. The subscription is not bad to have but it shouldn't be mandatory especially with other options out there.

The only issue, by the time the camera starts the delivery person has turned there back to leave. If someone was coming to take a package, you would capture there backside. I've had this issue with other camera setups as well. Motion detected and camera start should be simultaneous, instead of making the round trip to the router and back to the camera.

Arlo Spotlight and Camera together!

This newer Spotlight Cameras are better than ever. The picture is clear and I like having the spotlight incorporated into the camera. These don't even need a hub - just bluetooth!

They give clear pictures of every little thing weather it's live streaming or taking a picture of motion detected. The only thing that brings me down is that you are unable to replace a battery like some of the other arlos. I would have to take it down and charge it and then set it up again.

Unlike previous versions of Arlo, you don't need a hub or base for these to work, which makes them easier to operate and better, in my opinion

We now have 5 Cameras. We love all the Views & the other morning I got to see a Mom Racoon & 2 babies little bandits.Thank u for having great products
