Tried to contact customer service for Arlo and they weren't much help. Had to follow their script. Still waiting to see what can be done, but definitely would not purchase again! and I bought 2 of them! So not just a defect with this one

By the time I got around to taking it back i see that it’s not return eligible. So I bought 3 cameras but can only use 2. The ones that work are nice. Worried about what I will have to pay once my free trial runs out. I would strongly recommend looking at something else if you plan to buy this.
