Bought the 4 pack to monitor a remote location and unfortunately it’s been a disappointing experience. 1. No clear indication a device is fully charged 2. Battery on one device lasted a week, on another lasted two weeks 3. Three weeks of use one device stopped responding while charging even though it had 50% before the charge 4. Unable to share with others. Sent link to 5 family members and after creating their own accounts the link did not work. Multiple failed attempts. At a minimum the process is not intuitive. 5. Hidden operating costs!!! For this system to be usable you need to spend $10 per month for the service. Otherwise it’s essentially vaporware 6. Full charge takes hours 7. Extreme customization of settings is required to prevent battery drain and unnecessary alerts 8. Packaging is overly complex and impossible to put anything back

Camera video quality is average/poor and one of the cameras out of four is not working within a months, can't connect to the Wifi. It accepts the QR code from phone and then it never connects to the wifi. Recently it got connected once but then again got disconnected the next day.

Great camera in monitoring the dog while we are out!

The cameras work great. Clear , sharp videos. Provide good coverage of he concerned areas.

Purchase the Arlo security system and it’s been working extremely well

Meets expectations, added onto original Pro system. Clear picture, only downfall is non magnetic. Purchased a solar charger compatible so I never have to take it down. Already have subscription with the doorbell camera. Get the warranty as I had a pro camera slightly after 1 year non functional.

Good camera for price. Only downside is battery is rechargeable instead of replaced and doesn't last as long.

The only reason why it didn't give it 5 stars was the battery tends to die out fairly quickly

Cameras are clear in the day and night only thing that I found inconvenient was taking them down to recharge

I had previously purchased another outdoor camera from another company and had difficult issues with upload, etc. I returned. I purchased Arlo from Best Buy, Upload was so easy, the battery life last well over 2 weeks and the view and images are perfect. LOVE THIS ITEM! Thank you Best Buy!

The battery life on these cameras aren’t what they say but there are still good cameras

Great security camera. You will need to make sure you set up a decent zone or it will pick up all of the traffic on the road. Battery life is pretty decent unless you get a huge amount of alerts through the day. You are able to silence alerts and shut the camera off through the app.

Picture quality is great. Most of the time you can log on and see live feed immediately, but sometimes there are delays where you need to log out and then log back in. Battery life is very short-2 weeks at best. Customer support doesn't exist. There is no phone number to contact and if you chat online, you may or may not get a real person who will give you a case number with less than 4 days to respond. (I tried on day 4 and the case was closed without speaking to me.) Supposedly you receive 3 months of free access to videos, yet your credit card will be charged $10.65 every month, starting immediately. Try something else-I would not recommend this product. I would not recommend purchasing.

Easy installation and very good results. Using the camera system is fairly easy and manageable.
