    Don’t buy this camera they are the worse, disconnected from the base station with no reason I contacted Arlo support and I wasted my time, dont waste your money, they are better brands with better service

    This camera has a lot of room for improvement. The light is very small so it doesnt light up an area that much but it is Sufficient. The siren is not very loud I can barely hear it inside my house at night in complete silence. It is enough to be heard by someone creeping around ou t side but its not going to scare anyone a deterrent at best.

    I never really got it to connect.And th spot light wont shut off.

    Big improvement over older Arlo cameras

    I have two other Arlo cameras and this is an improvement over the older cameras. I especially like the safety light feature. Also, it is convenient to charge the battery without removing it from the device. Overall, a big improvement and the price was right.

    Geek Squad set up my 3 Arlo cameras and explained how to view and maintain them. He had them up and running in less than 20 minutes and I was reviewing the Arlo output on my iPhone. Exciting stuff!! Happy with my Arlo camera and my Geek Squad install.

    Setup is super easy and simple. Connects on 2.4ghz Wi-Fi. The Arlo app is very impressive, good UI, simple to use, no confusions. Mounting it on the wall is also very simple. I have mounted it outside home on top of my garage door. I live in a pretty cold area. Camera quality - the videos and picture quality is very impressive. With a good Wi-Fi network, connecting to the camera through the app is quick. As other cameras also offer, there is an option to record or capture snapshot and also talk though this camera. Audio quality is also pretty good. Motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted in the settings in the Arlo app. Night mode is also pretty good and the picture quality is not compromised. The strong flashlight on the camera helps during dark situations. Arlo offers a 3 month free cloud service, which is a lot better than other competitors that offer a maximum of 1 month. Battery life- in the specifications, Arlo mentions 6 months of battery life - based on 4000 seconds per month, 30 seconds of stream, day night events split 2:1.. I kind of find this to be ridiculous- not many people would like to change the settings to have a long battery life. They would like to have the camera running 100% of the time day and night. Based on my usage of the camera (in cold region) - 100% of the time ON, I see the battery comes for 3 weeks maximum. The claim of 6 months doesn’t sound reasonable to me. Recharging, however is easy. Nevertheless, I would recommend this camera to my friends.

    I have been shopping at Best Buy for many years. I always receive Quality merchandise at a reasonable price. I recommend Best Buy to EVERYONE !!!! It is exciting browsing through the store, seeing all they have to offer . The Geek Squad is the Best. !!!!

    I did not like these. I bought 8 of these and 6 of them fried or stopped working for watever reason. I would not buy again

    Work great. Integration with my older Arlo system was no issue. No battery to take out to charge as use USB cable. Have a spot light on them to. Overall work good and Have good WiFi range.
