    Impossible to use, the camera doesn't synchronize with my network, I have tried 2 cameras and I had the same issue with both. My Arlo doorbell works perfectly so I thought the camera would be the same, but unfortunately it doesn't work at all. Do not buy!

    Couldn't get to work

    I have AT&T for wifi and spent over an hour with support trying to get this camera to work. We created a separate 2.4ghz line to get it to sync and still couldn't get it to work. I returned it for a couple Ring camera's and they synced less than 5 minutes.

    The cameras are great, however the batteries crap out quite quickly and they do not operate at all durning the cold (zero degree) periods we have locally in Minnesota. Certainly there must be a better option for the discerning buyer.

    Arlo refuses to give me my 3 month trial on my cameras because I set them up incorrectly the first time and tried to re-do them and had no help at all. Arlo thinks I am defrauding them to receive more than what I paid for. I will be returning my cameras and requesting a replacement set.

    1. the camera does not pick up all motion 2. the recording doesn't last long enough 3. The company is impossible to reach for support and only gives websites to turn to.

    Great for what I need it

    Perfect for my front yard I can see everything and make sure is all alright, and the wireless part is what I like a lot too no need to be worry about the wires anymore, just the delay on the picture but still great.

    Excellent surveillance camera for use at home or office. I use it inside and I like how it has a light for dark environments. I also like how it’s able to detect humans, animals, and objects.

    The first one I bought, the battery would not charge. Arlo sent me a replacement that worked great for 6 months, then the battery died and would not charge again.

    We bought this to put in our kennel so we could have the puppies owners drop in on them anytime to make sure they are being well taken care of. After they pick them up, we can just delete them.

    I have been using Arlo cameras for about 5 years but needed an upgrade. I really enjoy the spotlight feature at our front door not just for security reasons but to see my keys while unlocking the door.

    Love it, the wide angle is great, and the clarity is exceptional. I have 3 different models of Arlo camera and appreciate the price on the solar panel. I would suggest getting the solar panels.

    The only camera that can support and connect with my 5G the price was also right so I purchased two. Battery life before you have to recharge is at least 2 weeks looking to purchase another 2 for my daughter

    I am sure they work well with the right internet service. However, in the mountains, relying on Hughes Net, I could not get it to directly connect to the router. Exchanged with Arlo Pro 2 and no issues what so ever.
