    Upgraded to these Arlo camera from the Arlo 1st generation. Love that it does not require a base station. Very impressed so far.

    Save your self a headache. Horrible camera quality and horrible customer service. Thank you geek squad was able to return.

    This purchase was a gift, Bought Arlo because of two camera system I have had for several years

    The product is too rubbish. If you don't subscribe to their service, you can't watch the replay.

      Thank you for your review. Subscription is not mandatory so you should be able to use your device even if you are unsubscribed.

      You only have to subscribe to an Arlo Secure plan if you want to enjoy these features: cloud storage, object detection, activity zones, and video history.

    They stopped recording and I only have 4 cameras. No one answers the support line.

    Great quality 1080p spot light camera. I use this as out door camera on the dark side of my house at night. It does a great job!

    it does not seem to pick up the motion going on. You have to be close enough to pick up movement, unlike the arlo pro2

    Junk, and poor return policy

    These worked good for about a month and now send false alerts no recordings.. junk starit junk and best buy won't let me return them very frustrating.

    I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with this purchase.ive tried everything over and over .as far as I'm concerned I got burned for over$300 turned out to be the ...WORST BUY.

    the only problem I have with ARLO is it's hard to match compatibility with the different styles of camera. That is only problem

    Poor connection all the time

    Keeps cutting out. I call the service techs and they such. Only records when it wants part of the time. Ive moved them Nd reconnected them too many inconvenient times.
