    The camera died just 24 days after purchase. Best Buy refused to exchange it.

    Small yet powerful camera

    I purchased these cameras because I needed to monitor who comes and goes when I am not home and they are the best investment I have made. They are small but powerful. The picture is so clear and even at night the images are crystal clear. Two way audio. Detects people animals cars. Anything really. The sensitivity can be adjusted also . Easy set up. My only complaint would be that me and my husband can't both be logged in at same time. And also a small delay.

    Out of the box only one camera connected to the app. The other two refused to connect at all. After hours of troubleshooting and contacting support for assistance none of the cameras would connect. Including the one that initially worked. I returned them. If you take the chance and buy them then save your packaging and receipt.

    Easy to install and set up and the light is bright enough to essentially replace the front porch light.

    takes a little fine tuning to avoid getting cars driving by while still getting the driveway...doable though

    I had a hard time doing the update with them I've tried 5 different Arlo systems and they would not work for me I do not recommend for anybody

      Thank you for taking the time in writing your feedback about your Arlo Essential Spotlight camera experience. To update the firmware of your camera, ensure that they are fully charged. Also, please note that it is best that your cameras have full signal strength to complete a firmware update. After confirming the above and you are still unable to complete a firmware update, we recommend rebooting your base station and waiting for the automatic update window that takes place between 3-5AM local time. Please let us know if your system does not update during the automatic update time frame.
