Arlo product support is a nightmare, chat only no number to get a person. No directions for setup in box, battery is stated as 6 months-BS. The cameras were at 99% when we left for vacation and by day 5 of a week vacation, they are all DEAD and offline. Oh and they are NOT a live feed. You have to hit play in the APP every time you want to view the camera feed live. Worst kickback on sound when I try to talk through them on my iPhone Arlo App. Just buy something else, garbage.

Disconnecting Issue

After it was a complete mess, while the internet will be up and running they would randomly disconnect for hours or even up to a few days. No matter if I reset them to factory or just left them as is they issue would always happen.
