These work as well as any other Arlo camera. I would not recommend Arlo unless you are already in the ecosystem. There are better values and Arlo uses any way possible to nickel and dime you for their "upgrades" which used to be standard.

Excellent addition to my Arlo system! A simple installation will have you up and running in no time. Rock-solid functions provide you with 1080p videos.

This security camera works as advertised. I live in a Senior Living facility. My apartment has one door to the main hall. I mounted this camea in the entry hall, covering the front door. It records a clear picture of all coming and going. If any unauthorized person with a master key opens the door when I am out, the action will be recorded and I will be notified. The incident can be recalled at any time in order to advise management that there is a problem. The picture is clear and any person can be easily identified. Highly satisfied with this product.

Easy to Install and easy to use. But I wish there was a way to mute the movement notifications to longer than 24 hours in the app.

We started with the first generation Arlo, and we like that the second generation did not need a transponder. It was very easy to use and to set up.

Highly recommend these cameras! Super easy to install and alittle confusing at first to set up but besides that, quality is pretty decent and app is easy to use.

I purchased these cameras in April of 2021. It is now March of 2023 and the cameras have already started malfunctioning and not working. The warranty only covers 1 years. You pay alot of money for a camera that yoh would tbink would last 5+ years, received no extended support and offered a 20% coupon to buy another one via arlo customer support. Very basic cameras, the app is very simple and a basic user experience.

Works well! Great video/audio quality. I have the Pro 3 cameras and the only downside to the Essential is that the battery is not removable like the Pro 3s. You have to take the camera down and charge it with an outlet charger.

Awesome Camera and it has a light that comes on when there is motion. You can hear very clear and I’m happy with this purchase. I plan to buy more in the future.

This camera offers a noticeable improvement in both day and night image quality over the Arlo vidro doorbell. Very easy to install and set up.

The Arlo essential spotlight camera indoor/outdoor camera has great camera quality, spotlight and color night vision. This came as a 4 pack which is awesome.

Great alerts and video image capture. Battery usually last 4 months before needing a recharge. I’ve had a couple issues with it going off-line and losing connection and needing to work with tech-support but they have been helpful.

This camera provides excellent area coverage. I would highly recommend any homeowner purchase this system to provide the security for their home without the monthly fees.

They are ok for some cheap security. However, they die real fast, you get knock out of the login, and it give you trouble you try to add another user.

Needed additional wireless security cameras that would work with what I already had in place.

I have older models of Arlo cameras and love the new feature of the flood light option. It works great and love the new features.

Very easy set up. Very clear picture. No skip or blips in video playback. I wish there was a controller for the spot light in setting to turn it off.

If you need a wireless camera for your house, this is the one to get hands down

Great camera, if it’s not hooked up to direct power the battery runs low, not as described. Arlo said 6 months in between charging. It’s more like 2 weeks if the camera is constantly recording

Outside of the need to work only on a 2.4GHZ wireless frequency, the cameras look and function well. Situationally, the cameras won't be able to be used as intended and we'll likely to return them. If you have wireless dual band or tri band you should be good.
