I have 3 cameras, a solar charger and a base station. Only thing positive i have to say is the system and linking cameras, getting set up etc, is relatively user friendly. But as far as the system actually working, that's a different story. I've called their terrible customer service on more occasions than i can count. One of my cameras never stores the 7 days of recording. Not just the full 7 days, but no recording at all. There's always a huge delay loading the cameras to watch on my phone. Even the one camera that's just a few feet from the base station. The video quality for 1080 is not even close to that in my opinion. The app constantly crashes while I'm trying to navigate it. Only product I've owned from Arlo that works as it should has been the solar charger. Which, what good is that if you cameras aren't functional. I hope there's never a scenario where i need to view this or record live time. Pretty sure a burglar could rob my entire house before the app decides to work. Not to mention, these cameras aren't exactly cheap.

Worst Arlo camera

I added this camera but I’ll have to remove it. It will not record if you don’t have a subscription and even with a subscription the battery runs out even with a solar panel. I give it 1 star. Arlo failed miserably on this one.
