I was not able to review the video in my cloud account. It only took a short clip of motion detector whenever there is a person. I already contacted the support agent but they didn’t solve the problem.

Arlo is not the best camera available

ARLO this set not as good.

This last set charge doesnt hold a month even aftee i reduce motion detection down to barely nothing. Now they wont record unless i pay a fee. I believe one of the cameras was defective. I called Arlo and all he wanted to do was convince me to purchase thinhs for it. They wont refund or take it back or replace it agter i spent close to 300.00 on them no longer than maybe 3 months ago if that.

The WiFi connectivity is very strong, through multiple walls and long distances. Base station only makes it better

Once I finally got it paired up to the WiFi and everything I haven’t had any problems, great quality.

I love it has a spotlight feature. My only issue is it does not have removable batteries to charge. You will need to plug it directly to charge.
