Some quirkiness to the software/connectivity, but I've been able to deal with it. One support call, which was handled well.

Now, one camera is not working at all. Another one, the light stays on constantly, so the battery runs down quickly. I called customer service. No subscription, you get no help. Don’t waste your money!!! Junk!!

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unknown to me when I purchased the original 4 in 2019 is that to get all features of Arlo cameras, you must maintain a paid Arlo account, which gives Arlo employees access to your camera network. Battery life is very poor. Motion sensors on the cameras is poor. There are many better options. I do not recommend.

Where it all started for me.

I have raved about these products over several reviews, and this is how it started for me. Now it just keeps growing...got more cameras, the hub, the doorbell, as well as two indoor cameras. I'm hooked and I love them! Everything works great for me! Can't say enough good things about Arlo products and Best Buy! I HIGHLY recommend!

I don't recommend it. Try using SimpleSafe and/or Wyze. Overall, better experience.

It was obviously made by and animal but was no where near the edge of my house. Bought this, charged it up, and placed it on a tree next to the burrow. Within in two days I received and animal alert notice and was astonished it picked up on such a small object. I honestly would not have noticed it without the camera.
