The cameras were damaged in less than two years after I bought them. I went to Best Buy so they could replace me because I still had two more years of warranty left. When I arrived at the Best Buy store, they told me that They couldn't do anything because they didn't have the same cameras. If I wanted, they would exchange me for other cameras but I had to pay 260 dollars more and I told them that I didn't have to pay anything because the cameras have a warranty. They told me what they couldn't do. nothing, this is something ridiculous because you pay a guarantee for nothing, you only lose money, no more best buy for me, I bought many things for many years
