Easy to handle, charge and review footage. I have 8 camera's inside and outside watching over my personal belongings. Adding or deleting is simple. If I am able to work anyone can. I would recommend to all.

Half of it’s touted features require a paid monthly subscription. Cameras take forever to load image on App, often doesn’t load at all. Cameras unpair on their own and often won’t re-pair. I’ve tried updating software, resetting, etc, still no dice.

The spot light doesn't help for cameras mounted up higher except for a deterrent to let people know there is a camera watching them. I would recommend to others looking. My main reason to get these was the wireless so I didn't have to go in the attic to run any wires for power or network.

These need to be charged every 3-4 weeks. Also, I read that I could use my existing base station to avoid having to pay the smart subscription service and these will not connect to my base station.

This Essentials Spotlight Camera must be defective. It plays live audio even after I've exited the app and done a force stop. The charging port isn't compatible with any solar charging panel on the market. I installed it on the roof trim of my garage. It had to be unscrewed to correct it to the very short USB cord provided in the box .(You have to have your own AC adapter that works with that USB.) This means, I have to pull out a ladder to unscrew the camera and take it down to charge it. The low price should have been a clue. This must have been Best Buy's way of getting rid of an outdated product. I can't return it because I've missed the return window by a few days. Overall, I would never have purchased this "outdoor" camera at all.

I went through three, but all died within 4 months of use-wouldn't charge anymore. Bought the subscription in order to have access to customer service but never was able to get ahold of anyone.
