The nigh vision, however, was horrible! A cheaper camera that I purchased, to watch the chicken coop, lit up the area at night but, I sent that one back because it kept going off-line. I'm certain that this ARLO camera works great for other applications, though.

Exactly what we needed

This was a great addition to our Arlo network. Out of the 5 cameras we have now, this one has better features, functionality and it was an excellent value. Highly recommend.

Easy setup and the battery life is great. For a camera that has alot of activity you need to charge after about a week and a camera with very little activity about a over a month.

I even set it on my daughters desk to make sure she’s focusing on school without having to go to her room every 5 mins. I love the text notifications you get when armed.

I wish the cord to plug it in was a little longer so I didn't have to use the battery indoors, but the battery life is long. I also like the two way audio option and ability to mute myself. I just wish I could mute myself before I turned the camera on. Overall, I'm very happy with this camera and would buy it again.
