Camera works well but the Arlo app is subpar. Sometimes we log in and it takes forever to connect. Once it connects the images/video are good.

This was very easy to setup up and use when you get it you just download the app and your up and running. And then after that you have to charge the camera which they charge very fast

The cameras work fine. The only problem is if you don't buy a base station when you get them you either don't receive recordings after your trial period or you have to buy a subscription. We were told in the store that we would not have to get either one. That we had everything we would need.

The quality on these is great. I have the first version and these are significantly better quality. Also I like how they detect person vs car vs animal.

Very easy to setup and adjust and the app is very customizable. I’m running the doorbell and three of these cameras and control everything from my phone without needing any other hardware.

After 1 month the battery stopped taking charge. I call to Arlo customer service and don’t get a good response.

Love this camera. Battery last a few months before having to recharge it. East to connect to Wi-Fi, charge the battery when needed. Great purchase.

Very disappointed in the battery life of these. Had to charge them 3 times in 10 days, the first of which was at activation. The boast of 6 months between charges must have been based on never turning them on. This negates any positive impression I had before I bought them. Also very disappointed with Best Buy sales people who should have warned me. The web is full of Arlo purchasers who made the same complaint.

Easy to install; The App is easy to use; picture quality is excellent; audio quality is excellent. Just charged one of the batteries. Didn’t take too long. I will be adding more to my network.

Great cameras. Their picture quality is great. They were very easy to set up out of the box too. And their battery lasts a long time.

Price is great , battery life and quality of camera is not good. Best to go with the next model up. Battery can’t be swapped out, you need to remove and plug it in.

this camera would not connect to my wifi so now its collecting dust. get yourself a Tapo Camera instead, those are what i currently have and they are much cheaper and better quality

These are great security cameras. The video is clear day or night. There is a slight delay, but that could be an internet issue.

Great product and easy to use. Have setup a few around the house. Bought solar charges so that I don’t have to be bringing them down to charge.

Really like these cameras. Super easy to install. I think it only took an hour to mount five and set them up app is super easy to use

Works with WiFi and Apple Home kit but For home kit you need a HUB, if don't have a Hub it only stream in the app and I still have not been able it a cloud service, So I don't recommend it.

one camera had lines that went across the picture. 1 camera would not hold a charge. Picture quality was good with the exception of the bad camera. Great price - but not worth the $

Very disappointed with these cameras . No Battery life . The older arlo cameras are 100% more reliable.

I bought these to replace existing Arlo pro cameras because these have a light. The light is delayed after the camera activates, it does illuminate the subject if the subject is still in frame when the light comes on. There's no magnet on the rear of the camera, you have to use the mounting solution included.
