I have a mesh Network and i have Arlo Pro 2 those ones nevwr lost connection nevwr had a problem But Those Arlo essentials are Not!

Fantastic system integrates easily with my existing stuff easy to expand very happy with purchase and products. Still testing battery life and expanding wifi for further cameras

I got this as a gift for my parents who live in a pretty rural area. After reading the reviews that sometimes the cameras don't stream well if the camera's are on a slower WIFI system, I decided that since I was there for their birthdays that I would make sure that the camera would connect and stream with their WIFI in different locations around the house. If the camera failed to connect I planned on taking the system back to the store since I wouldn't be seeing my parents for quite awhile after their birthdays due to being an emergency room nurse and my high level of COVID exposure. After I turned one on and made sure it would connect, I put it back in the box until my Dad had time to set them up. Fast forward a few months when my Dad's work slowed down a bit for him to set up the camera's, he gets a notification that the camera won't work unless he gets a subscription. I contacted Arlo myself since I was the one who purchased the product to ask what happened to the three month trial only to be informed that since I simply turned on the camera to make sure it worked, it initiated the free trial automatically. The company refused to reinstate the three month trial, even after attempting to explain to them the reasoning behind me turning on the camera, the fact that the cameras have been disconnected since the initial turning on, and my inability to see my parents for an extended period of time. I feel that this company does not care about its customers, especially during a pandemic, and plan on returning these cameras. I do not want to support a company that has zero understanding or willingness to work with its customers. I will never buy another Arlo product ever again.

The essential 4 camera set gets the job done. My two complaints are: 1. It says the battery will last 2-3 months, I have found that I have to charge it every 3-4 weeks. 2. The twist attachment to connect it to the post is a bit difficult at times. Overall it keeps my home protected.

Love these small litte cameras. They were so easy to connect to my wifi and install. Great little cameras to help me feel more at ease.

The camera is extremely intuitive and it is very easy to set up. I was able to add it to the base station with no issues within seconds.

Its a great camera for the firm price other then the ring i dont see a difference the doorbell is the same price but arlo is a camera for outdoor with more essentials included

I found this on sale and had to give it a try to go with my Arlo flood light. Its awesome quality video and very responsive. Just wish it had home kit integration.

I needed to add another camera to my group, so I took my time to investigate my many options. I kept coming back to the Arlo Essential camera. Like my other Arlo camera's it was up and running within minutes. I have had my other Arlo cameras for years. This new Essential camera is awesome! This is my first camera with two way sound and...it identifies animals from humans! I enjoy the animal alerts I get from it. Completely wireless, no power cords, and a charge that last over a month. Completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Go getcha some Arlos!

Got the camera’s for a investment property but I’m moving the system to my house! Great coverage, picture quality and priceless on the overall system! Big boys watch out!!

Love the ease of installation and use for a system of this quality that was also affordable. And I was even able to blend it into my existing home automation platform!

Minimal installation required. Great video quality and voice clarity. Extremely easy to use and navigate. It’s as if you’re invisible, sitting in the room you’re watching.

Excellent video and audio quality. Smart alerts are excellent. This camera picks up much more than my previous second generation Arlo like the little squirrel trotting by!

You need a subscription to save video plus they are super slow connecting to your phone. All in all just dont waste your money on these

This is by far the beat security camera that I have ever purchased and it’s loaded with a lot of security features while being extremely simple to use.

This is a great little camera for an affordable price. Does exactly what I need it to do and the spotlight is awesome. Would recommend this camera.

The set up was straightforward and easy for these wireless cameras. I am also glad that they do not come with batteries you have to charge them with a normal USB( I would have preferred usb-c). I got these cameras on black Friday that's the reason I believe that it is worth it.
