Disgusting lockdown of features just to milk more money out of customers.

Have reset several times with persistent issue. I regret not returning and getting another brand. My old gen one Ring worked without issues. Will be selling this on eBay for a massive loss. I will not buy another Arlo product ever.

I’ve been going back and forth with Arlo on this doorbell for months now. At this point they want me to send it to them and pay for the shipping. The link to do this doesn’t work either. What a joke this has turned out to be.

The replacement (a refurb) destroyed the house's decades-old transformer and a new plug-in transformer. It also failed a few days after the 1 year warranty had expired, so Arlo Support took no responsibility. They offered an "amazing" 30% discount coupon on a new unit's MSRP, which was useless because top retailers priced it well below MSRP.
